Sterling silver is one of the most popular choices for earring wear, and ring wear, especially for sensitive ears and skin, as it is often described as hypoallergenic jewellery due to it not being mixed with nickel, which can irritate the skin easily.

Your tracking number will be sent to you in your dispatch email (please also check your junk mail). You can click on the tracking number and it will divert you to Royal Mail's tracking page where you will be able to see the status of your order.

We ship worldwide, however there are a few countries we can't yet ship to due to the strict import regulations for jewellery.

Countries we do not ship to:

- Switzerland

- Russia

- Israel

- Brazil

Due to the carefully handcrafted nature of our jewellery, up to 15 working days are required for us to handcraft, pack, and dispatch your jewellery (excluding weekends and public holidays). Your order will be sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery with a tracking number in your dispatch email.

Due to the intricate nature that goes into the production of flush and pave settings, there can be up to 15 working days processing time (excluding weekends and public holidays). Of course, if we have completed your order before this time, we will dispatch your jewellery straight away.

As we are a small team, handcrafting each individual item, restocks may take a little longer. If there is an item you want, please send us an email and we will try our best to accoaccommodate you.

This does not apply to limited edition items.

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but it will be available soon!

We can resize smaller only on rings that do not have stones, gemstones, or embellishments on them. This will incur a £10 fee which covers the combined cost of this service and shipping. 

Only rings undamaged and in original packaging will be accepted!

Goods outside the Uk must fill in a CN22 form, which you can find here.

However, your order will still come with a care card on how to care for your jewellery.
