As a sustainable jewellery brand, we handcraft everything to order to reduce waste. For this reason, we do not accept:
Only products unworn, undamaged and in original packaging will be accepted!
The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items in transit if it has not been sent via tracked shipping. We strongly advise you send your items back with tracked shipping and send us the tracking number.
The exchange policy does not apply to discounted items.
We can resize smaller only on rings that do not have stones, gemstones, or embellishments on them. This will incur a £10 fee which covers the combined cost of this service and shipping.
Only rings undamaged and in original packaging will be accepted!
