Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on the handmade nature of our products. In the unlikely event of any problems, we offer a 14 day refund policy beginning on the date you received your jewellery. For further information please read our Returns & Exchanges page here.
Every piece of jewellery is made by hand. We are proud to say that this means there are no two pieces the same, which just adds to the individuality and uniqueness of every piece. 
Due to the bespoke nature of certain pieces, we do not offer refunds. In the unlikely event of there being an issue, please contact us with your concern and please attach an image to your email so we can assess the  situation and evaluate if we can accommodate you.

 We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once we have dispatched your order.

As we are a sustainable jewellery brand, we try our best to minimise metal waste and kindly ask for you to send your jewellery back to us in its original packaging, unworn, and undamaged in order to qualify for a refund. Please note that if you qualify for a refund, we only refund the cost of the product.

The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 
Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items in transit if it has not been sent via tracked shipping. We strongly advise you send your items back with tracked shipping and send us the tracking number.
The refund policy does not apply to discounted items. 
Goods outside the Uk must fill in a CN22 form, which you can find here.
